Even micromoles are not all the same; if you use 90-95% red LEDs you will have many micromoles but the plant (in this case the tomato plant) also needs white light, in practice it grows better and produces more with a full color spectrum!
Full spectrum is also essential for greenhouse work; the very low color rendering of a red-blue spectrum affects (seriously) the health and performance of workers. All solvable with a pleasantly white light (even if with red components), similar to solar light!
